ZP x Sip & Style - intro
Styled, directed, photographed & edited by me ^Not so long ago, I wrote a small piece titled “fashion third spaces.” This was inspired by the very first “La Watch Party”, an event that left me spiraling over the true definition of a third space, and how the fashion industry has slowly morphed the meaning of it.
Today, I’m showcasing a true community-focused event right here in San Diego.
“Sip & Style” is a unique, sustainable, “people-centered” shopping event.
If you find yourself sticking to shopping retail because “you don’t have the time and patience for thrifting,” this is for you!
Sophie Hague (Positive Phee) is the founder of this event series that has pushed sustainable fashion to a different side of the market, where maybe people used to think that “thrifting” was just another trend.
The dynamic is simple: for the price of a single ticket ($55-$75), you get a drink and the opportunity to fill an entire bag with the coolest curated finds!
New, curated racks of clean, sized clothing come out throughout the event so that everyone can get a look at new pieces, no matter how early or late you get there.
All pieces shown will be available at the upcoming Sip & Style event on 3/29/26
